Hello! We’re excited to offer this 2 day, 8 hour workshop and deep dive into ice bath meditation and supplemental somatic exercises to prime the body, including breathwork, primal movement, vocal toning, affirmations and drumming. There are many ways to achieve the same outcome and result, this workshop will teach you how to craft your own toolbox to become more resilient to stress, or craft your toolbox to help others with somatic release. Cold water is a teacher, it is not for everyone, but it has helped so many with anxiety, depression, auto-immune dysfunctions are more. Trust yourself, and your own intuition. Continue to craft your relationship with your intuition. Practice makes progress.
If you’re a therapist, or work in the mental health field, this workshop will help you assist clients with trauma, building resilience to chaos and stress, and helping others feel more connected to their own body and mind.
What is included: Ice Bath rounds, Hot bath rounds, drums, fresh organic fruit tea, coffee, filtered water, gluten free/dairy free snacks, towels. 2 days in a row to reinforce the practice. You can purchase one day, or both days!
What to bring: flip flops/crocs type shoes, swim clothing, dry clothing, journal and pen.
Arrive between 11:45 – 12p to sign waivers and check in.
