Dynamic Breathwork (30-45 min): Dive deep into the power of your breath with guided dynamic breathwork sessions. Unleash stagnant energy, release tension, and reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence. Through intentional breathing, you’ll tap into a profound source of rejuvenation, awakening a renewed sense of clarity and vitality. Zero gravity chairs provided for maximum comfort.
Ice Bath Experience (30 min): Following the dynamic breathwork, immerse yourself cold plunge. The cold stimulates circulation, boosts the immune system, and invigorates the senses. As you surrender to the brisk water, you’ll experience a refreshing reset, leaving you feeling energized and alive.
Sound Bath, Warming Breath, and Journaling (30-45 min): Complete your journey with a soul-nurturing sound bath featuring crystal bowls and harmonious frequencies led by Rhythm Bird to integrate your experience. Ryan will guide warming breathwork to restore the body after the cold plunge. The gathering room will be heated for comfort. As the harmonious sounds envelop you, the gentle vibrations of the tuning forks work in harmony with your energy, promoting balance and relaxation on a profound level. This multi-sensory experience deepens the transformative effects of the breathwork and cold plunge, leaving you in a state of blissful equilibrium. After the warming breathwork, it is encouraged to finish with a stream of consciousness journaling session.
- Time: Arrive before 11 am. Session begins promptly at 11:05 am and ends between 1-1:30p to account for journaling and sharing.

Ryan’s expertise lies in utilizing techniques such as trauma-informed coaching, breathwork and personal development to transform habits and foster patterns that nurture and empower individuals to step into their passion. With a life mission to impact one million people, Ryan’s ultimate goal is to create an experience that shifts individuals’ perspectives, leading to a more supportive mental space and empowering them to become the change they wish to see in the world.
Rhythm Bird will be guiding your soundscape journey with crystal bowls, drums, harmonium and other worldly healing frequencies using intuition and working with the energies present for self love, healing and introspection.
