For our mental and emotional health, we need safe spaces to share our sad and raw emotions. With the holidays, break ups, loss, death, stress, etc… we just need some extra time and space to… Be.
We all want to be witnessed, accepted and loved. This is the intention of our Circle. <3
We are grateful to offer a grief and sharing circle facilitated by Cassie Meredith, a board certified music therapist in nashville, tn. Your donations will go to Cassie as a gift for holding space for us.
- Please arrive and settle in around 6p, tea and coffee available.
- Sharing circle begins around 6:15p
- Sharing circle done around 7:15p
- Personal processing, garden and reflection time until 8:00 p
