Sound Bath Journey, 2 Hour Experience
Join us for a guided, immersive sound journey at the Music Monastery with Rhythm Bird. Allow yourself to explore stillness in the body (think savasana in a yoga class) and allow your mind to practice meditation through the spacious sounds of crystal bowls, unique world instruments and ASMR-like soundscapes. After the sound bath, you are invited to journal and enjoy integration time in the bamboo garden.
includes zero gravity recliner, blanket and robe for a cozy journey nest.
personal items to bring to make your experience more enjoyable: journal, pen, eye mask and socks (these items are available for purchase at MM)
what to expect:
6p gates open and settle in, use the restroom and ground into the space.
6:15 journaling – brain dump any thoughts you have, any to do list items, fears, concerns, expectations, just write it all out – empty the mind out. (prompts provided on a board or paper if needed)
6:30 settling into your nest, Guided breath work and meditation begin as we wind our attention inward. There will be no other words spoken during this time. Instrumental soundscape with some vocal toning.
6:30-7:30 ish for 60 minute sound journey
15 minutes of silence at the end for reflection and silent meditation focusing on the simple sensation of your breath as it passes through your body.
7:45 Bringing awareness to the body: journaling and closing circle
8:00-8:45 lounge outside, socialize by the fire, drink tea, write, sit in zero gravity chairs.
9:00: Gates close
